Blossom Together – Nature Activity Day – Elswick Park

Urban Green Newcastle is delighted to be working with National Trust again this year to support the Blossom Together Initiative. As part of this, we will have three days of free family nature based activities taking place in our parks across April. This is to celebrate and link people to the importance of blossom.
Our partner the Northumberland Wildlife Trust will be in Elswick Park on Friday 14th from 10:30am – 3:00pm offering free family nature based activities including Easter Crafts, seed bomb making, mask making, arts and crafts colouring, and nature-themed games such as recycled tin can alley.
Upcoming Free Blossom Together Activities – We will also be at Walker Park on Wednesday 5th April from 10:30 – 3pm offering nature crafts and Exhibition Park on Saturday 29th April from 11am – 2pm in support of the National Trust’s Blossom Watch Day, we are holding a free family activity day by our Blossom Circle.
