Cafe Summer Programme – Big River Bakery

Come along to Urban Green Cafe in Exhibition Park for the third instalment of the Cafe Summer Programme. We’ll be joined by a fantastical face-painter and spectacular storytellers from Big River Bakery. The cafe will also be open 9-4 for pizzas, ice cream, cold drinks and more. See you there!
Story time with Big River Bakery
Big River Bakery will be at the bandstand to tell us all about The Adventures of Scotty the Stottie by Gail Lawler. This fun all-ages book is being sold as a fundraiser to help Big River Bakery run free baking sessions for local children.
This will be followed by colouring and cupcakes!
Sessions start at 10am, 10:30am and 11am.
The storytelling sessions are free.

Facepainting
Kathleen from Beetle About Facepainting will be in front of the cafe creating an array magical designs using face paint and glitter.
She will be in front of the cafe from around 10am – 2pm.
Please have cash available if you’d like a facepaint (we don’t do cash back at the cafe).
