Newcastle and Tyneside Orienteers are organising an orienteering event on Sunday 3rd September in Jesmond Dene.
The event organisers says ‘The event offers an ideal introduction to those who are new to orienteering – allowing them to combine speed, stamina and map-reading skills – while at the same time offering more experienced orienteers the opportunity to hone those skills in Jesmond Dene. The longer courses extend into Armstrong and Heaton parks.
On the day registration opens at 10am and closes at 12pm with the event starting at 10.30am. Prices from £2 per person. Book a place via SiEntries.’
