Tai Chi – The Way of Life with Wendy Chan sessions are held in Jesmond Dene Park on Monday and Friday at 10am, and Heaton Park at 12:30 each Sunday. To find out more and to book a session please contact Wendy direct. A fee applies to each session.
Wendy Chan says ‘Tai Chi can do wonders for mobility and mental wellness. It can teach you to open your joints, to move the body correctly and with proper alignment. This can prevent injuries, tightness of muscles and more serious conditions, like chronic back pain and loss of mobility.’
