Yoga is not about touching your toes and contorting yourself into various positions – it is a way of life that can improve your physical, spiritual and mental well-being, bringing harmony between mind and body.
Come and enjoy a series of poses combined with breath work which can help to de-stress, all whilst engaging with nature!

If it’s your first session please arrive 10 mins early to complete the relevant paperwork.
If possible bring your own mat, we do have a few, please say in your email if you would like to borrow one.
Please be mindful of the weather e.g. layers, water bottle, sun screen etc.
If it is raining the class will not go ahead.
