Register your event or activity
We really enjoy seeing how many people use our parks to host their own events and activities. From running clubs and forest schools to fun runs and music festivals, we want to ensure everyone can get the most out our parks.
If you want to hold an event or run an activity in one of our parks, we will take a few details from you about what it is you're interested in doing. By telling us about your events you’ll be helping us to plan our own activities, making sure we can let you know if we need to restrict access for maintenance work or large scale events, and we might be able to help you promote your activities on social media.
If it's something small you're wanting to arrange, please fill in our Activity Application Form (for events with less than 100 people attending). If your event is going to have more than 100 people attending, please fill in our Event Application Form.
A member of our events team will then get back to you regarding your request, and if you’re an organised group with Public Liability Insurance they will also issue you with a license to use the land.
