Spring Activities

Spring Trail - The Season of New Beginnings
Spring is here and with it brings new life. Our parks are filled with the signs of spring and our Urban Green birds have been busy hiding eggs in 10 of our parks. Can you spot all the eggs and letters to figure out which bird laid the eggs in your local park?
A different bird has laid the eggs in each park and the colour of the egg is a hint to which bird lay it.
You can find our hidden eggs in:
Armstrong Park
Big Waters
City Stadium
Exhibition Park
Gosforth Central Park
Hodgkin Park
Iris Brickfield
Tyne Riverside Country Park
Walbottle and Throckley Dene
Walker Park
Our trails will be running from Monday 29 March – Sunday 18 April 2021 and can be enjoyed by those of all ages.
