As custodians of the city’s parks and allotments, Urban Green Newcastle was committed to preserving and breathing new life into Newcastle’s green spaces. With a small but dedicated team, its vision was to encourage more people to enjoy and benefit from the beautiful, open spaces on our doorstep. Its aim was to create parks and allotments for everyone to be proud of which were safe, welcoming, and provided a great environment for both people and nature to thrive.
